Antler Outfitters ProStaff
Antler Outfitters takes hunting, video and wildlife conservation seriously, and that's why we have rounded up some of the most talented and ethical hunters we can find and named them to our Pro staff. Our team is made up of every day working men who have a passion for what we do.

Eddie Hatfield
Location: Somewhere In the Woods

There is not much you can't say about Eddie. Great guy, even better hunter and the guy is downright hilarious. Eddie lives to hunt, and loves to lay down great video. You'll know Eddie's on the cam, when everyone is laughing. Stay tuned for stand-up comedy in the tree stand with Eddie Hatfield.

John Bryant
Location: Wellington, Ohio

When it comes to Good Ol' Boy's, you can't find one more true than John Bryant. John is one of those rare people you meet that would do anything for anyone. Most times if you want to find John, you don't have to look too far past one of his hunting spots. He will either be videoing a hunt for a partner, slinging arrows himself or guiding a kid. John has a passion for the outdoors, and one that might be the strongest on our pro-staff.

Robert Crabtree
Founder of Antler Outfitters
Location: Wellington, Ohio

As founder and owner of Antler Outfitters, Robert Crabtree has built a career doing the things he loves most. From spending countless hours in the woods, to evaluating the latest hunting gear and products for www.antleroutfitters.com, Rob is a man who has to be outdoors. Robert's father and prostaffer Todd Stewart turned Rob onto hunting and fishing was he was very young and it started a fire inside him that will never be extinguished. Weather it's hooking perch and walleye on Lake Erie, chasing big Turkey's, launching a few rounds at upland game or his favorite, Stalking Whitetails… Rob is always looking for the next heart pumping adventure!
Lailey
Location: Wellington, Ohio

Lailey is Rob's hunting companion. When she's not lying around the house getting loved on by the kids, Lailey lives to chase pheasant and dove. Lailey was professionally trained for over a year at www.frenchcreeklabradors.com and is one amazing dog. Lailey will soon receive a partner. Our newest hunting dog will come home from French Creek in October of 2012 fully trained. His name is "Antler"!
Mark Baughman
Founder of Antler Outfitters

Mark is a simple guy who's motto is ..country living! When it comes to the outdoors, even though Mark is a quiet soft spoken guy, he get's as pumped as anyone. He just show's it with a simple grin. Mark love's bow hunting everything and fishing on lake erie. Mark began hunting at the age of 8 with his grandfather and the obsession exploded from there.....It you catch him in the woods, don't worry. He's not napping, he's just that mellow.
Tamas Koebert
Location: Wellington, Ohio

Tamas is one of our youngest pro-staff members, but don't let his age fool you. This kid can hunt! Tamas is new to the sport and only picked up a bow a few years back, but we have been really impressed by his determination and skill. Last year Tamas scored on his largest buck yet on public land that scored well over 130".
Bill Keenan
Location: Medina, Ohio

Bill is a good buddy and long time hunting partner of Rob. Well before Antler Outfitters was an idea, Rob and Bill were chasing game all over Ohio. Bill is originally from West Virginia and is another down to earth Good Ol' Country Boy. Bill currently works as a butcher for Giant Eagle where he fine tunes his knife skills for skinning deer.

Luke Fabian
Location: Cambridge, Ohio

Hey man, when it comes to talent, Luke has loads of it. If you have never seen one of his video's on our site, make sure to check them out. The kid's only 19, but shoots and hunts Like he's been doing it for 40 years. Luke's dream is to become a professional hunter. He says "Everybody else just gets old and gets jobs. I'd like to strive for my dream and I feel I have the drive and passion to do it."

I hunt and fish every chance I get. In the off season, I'm either shed hunting or checking trail cams, scouting for stand sights, cutting shooting lanes. I feel it's a 365 day job. I attend Muskingum University and I'm majoring in Physical Education. I have my own mowing service. My dad put a recurve in my hand at age 5 and I've loved bowhunting ever since. I just love the outdoors and the whole experience that comes with hunting. It's just fun being out there and enjoying mother nature.
Todd Stewart
Father Reason!!
Location: Sandusky, Ohio

We have dubbed Todd "Father Reason!" Why you ask? If it wasn't for Todd getting Robert involved in hunting and fishing, there would be no Antler Outfitters. The passion he instilled in Robert has turned into Antler as we know it today.

But that doesn't do him justice. Todd is a certified fishing charter captain on Lake Erie where he spends his time when hunting season is not in. Once October rolls around he's onto chasing whitetails. Todd is an extremely talented, detailed and dedicated hunter who has bagged numerous trophy animals.
T.J. Stewart
Location: Sandusky, Ohio

T.J. is an officer in the United States Army and Son to Todd and Brother to Robert. When not on duty, T.J. joins up with the gang to fill his tags each year.
Johnny Droste
Location: Colorado

I was also born and raised in Southwest KS in the same Farm community as Matt and James.  Since I was little my Father and older siblings instilled the love of animals and hunting into me.  My very first job at the age of 14 was working summers for KS Department of Wildlife and Parks as an assistant to the Fisheries Biologist in the region.  I've been an Archery hunter since the beginning, although I still pick up the rifle or "Traditional Muzzeloader" from time to time for big game.   Eventually after College, My wife and I moved to Colorado where we've been living for the past 12 years.  We have a 2.5 year old boy Sam,  and can't wait to take him into the field.  I'm a very lucky guy when it comes to a great woman because hunting and fishing has pretty much taken over my life.  Not only do I still get to hunt the Giant Whitetails and Mule Deer of Southwest KS, along with bird and predator hunting, but I'm also lucky to get to hunt the Big Game of Colorado.  Since I've moved here 12 years ago, I've been chasing Elk with the bow.  Even though I have yet to harvest an elk myself,  I have assisted in multiple kills.  Usually because I have more confidence in my calling techniques and also its hard to shoot and run film at the same time.   Also I've been hunting CO Antelope the past couple of years. I also do alot of traveling out of state and country for hunting each year.  For the past 8 years We've been Turkey hunting in Western Oklahoma with our bows.  So far I've yet to been skunked and usually harvest 2 turkeys on the same trip.  Also have travelled to Quebec Canada for black bear hunts.    I've also been to Old Mexico on Javelina Hunts, where I have met some great people and contacts.  Other hunts includeTexas Hog Hunts.  Of all this hunting though,  my true passion is getting great video.  I get a larger thrill of getting a great shot on video than probably the actual hunt itself.  I've been filming all of our hunts for about 8 years now.
Matt Hertel
Location: Southwest Kansas

Born, raised and still resides in Southwest KS outside of Dodge City. He's a Rancher/Farm by trade and a huge whitetail fanatic. His life evolves around not only Kansas Whitetails but also Mule Deer. He origally started out as a Rifle hunter before picking up the sport of Archery hunting 5 years ago and has never looked back since. Not saying that its good for business, but when he's planting his crops of either Corn, Milo, Wheat etc... He actually plants his fields with deer hunting in mind. He is also, what I call an ACE, when it comes to coyote calling. When its not deer season, he can be found sitting calling in the dogs. His voice and eyes get just as excited when he has a dog running in on him as he does when he's got a 170" buck under his stand or blind. He's also a huge bird hunter, constantly working with his dogs and pups on training for Pheasant, Quail and Even Dove hunting. In all honesty. I believe he enjoys watching the dogs hunt the birds or retrieve more than he actually enjoys the bird hunting himself. Matt enjoys photography of wildlife and is working on his filming skills.
Joe Fabian
Location: Cambridge, OH

When you think about accomplishments and knowledge of the woods, look no further than this guy. And as for preparation, don't get me started. With the help of Randy and Luke, Joe hangs approxiamately 30 some portable stands a year, all set for various wind directions. He's bowhunted since 1979 harvesting various big game animals including elk, bear, pronghorn, turkey, and numerous whitetails with his recurve, most of which score high enough to make the Pope & Young and Ohio Big Buck Clubs. Joe currently works at Matheson Valley Gas in Cambridge where he makes sure he takes two weeks vacation every year during the rut. He does everything by the book, and taught Pro Staffer Luke Fabian eving he knows about the sport of hunting.
Ben Byington (Benny The Barber)
Location: Sandusky, OH

Benny is from Sandusky, OH and is the owner and operator of Benny B's Barbershop located in downtown Sandusky. Hunting has been his passion for 15 years and he has the deer trophys to prove it. He hunts using crossbow, shotgun, muzzleloader, and recently captured his first compound bow kill on film. Compound bow is now his preferred choice of hunting. For the past 2 years Ben has not hunted without filming his experiences. He has captured several hunting clips. Ben is also the owner of a wired- hair daucscend, Buford, which he uses to track wounded deer and find the kill. Buford has been trained since birth to find wounded deer and has proven to be successful with tracking many finds. Ben is also a member of the United Blood Trackers Association, where interested hunters can contact him to use Buford's skills in finding their deer. Other than hunting Ben is passionate about fishing. He has grown up right on Lake Erie and fishes whenever the opportunity arises. Ice fishing tends to be his more favorable sport and is currrently establishing an ice fishing tournament to be held on Lake Erie in 2013.
Randy Fabian
Location: Cambridge, OH

The brother of Pro Staffer Joe Fabian, and uncle of Pro Staffer Luke Fabian, Randy has been bowhunting since 1981 and has been obsessed with the stick and string ever since. He has been fortunate enough to hunt bear, antelope and elk in far off destinations, but mid-western whitetails are what drive my bowhunting passion 24/7 365. Randy works for the parks dept. in the city of Cambridge, OH. When he' not spending time with his family, you can find Randy either sitting in one of his favorite treestands or daydreaming of an upcoming hunt.

Born during “The Rut”, so hunting is in my blood. When it comes to hunting and property management, I have some pretty strong thoughts and philosophies. Teaching and inspiring the young hunters in my family is of utmost importance to me and I thoroughly enjoy the family time and bonding that hunting allows. I’m always looking for products and ways to help improve my personal best.
